my name is lakshya but i also go by lucky

i've known some form of the arts all my life – i started out learning bhajans in balavihar and taking carnatic music lessons when i was three years old , and have spent years in choirs, orchestras (viola for a few years, then bass), jazz ensembles (bass, vocals), acapella groups, and most recently, a contemporary south asian theater ensemble (as director, actor, production/sound designer, composer, and music director)

i've composed music for commercials/PSAs, short films and feature length documentaries, and am currently working on a musical about a group of friends at an all-boys school in india in the 80s
